Delete your account in the app
- Open the Sabiq app.
- Go to Settings using the bottom navigation or your profile icon.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and all associated data are removed within seconds.
Don’t have access to the app?
Email support@uhudlabs.com from the email address associated with your Sabiq account. Use the subject “Delete my Sabiq account.”
After verifying that the request came from the account owner, we will permanently delete the account and associated personal data as soon as reasonably possible.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and sign-in credentials
- Activity history, including Quran progress, dhikr counts, streaks, XP, Seeds, and badges
- Donation-allocation history
- Push-notification tokens
- Reports you filed and accounts you blocked
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
What is not retained
Nothing that identifies you. Account deletion is a hard deletion: your authentication record and associated records are permanently removed from our systems.
