1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the applications and websites operated by Uhud Labs LLC—including Sabiq, Heemu, Khutbah App, Baqi, Zeir, and Yameen (collectively, the “Services”)—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Account Registration
Certain features may require you to create an account or sign in through a third-party provider, such as Google or Quran.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
3. Specific Terms for Sabiq
If you use Sabiq, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Seeds are not currency. “Seeds” earned in Sabiq have no real-world cash value. They are not cryptocurrency, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
- Charitable donations. Seeds are used only as a voting or allocation metric. Actual financial donations to campaigns are provided in advance by independent donors. Uhud Labs LLC works with charities to distribute those donor funds based on community engagement represented by Seeds.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass, hack, disrupt, or manipulate the Services or their mechanics, including by artificially inflating Seeds, counts, or reading streaks.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to translate the software underlying the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics within the Services are owned by or licensed to Uhud Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to the Services if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
